Codex lifecycle behavior now has credential-backed integration coverage to catch provider regressions in queueing, execution visibility, interruption, persistence, and forking. This adds an isolated
gpt-5.4-nanolow-effort live suite and dedicated CI gate, pins the test CLI, and hardens live-provider diagnostics and cleanup so testing does not use or modify developer Codex state or expose credentials.
